Objective :
Organize a new product launching event exclusively for distributors via a
private online channel due to COVID-19. The goal was to ensure it was easy
to join, interactive, and provided direct access to product information.
Activation Strategy:
Led the end-to-end planning and execution of a distributor-exclusive virtual
product launch during the COVID-19 pandemic. My role included sourcing and
managing a third-party platform vendor, overseeing design approvals (both
in-house and outsourced), developing interactive content like quizzes and
games, and coordinating production logistics. I ensured the final experience
aligned with brand expectations and delivered an engaging, easy-to-access
event.
Campaign Results & Brand Impact:
- Over 700+ registrations within a short promotional period
- More than 400 attendees joined the live virtual event
- High engagement maintained throughout the event duration
- Virtual lobby and auditorium received the highest traffic and interaction
- Participants actively explored the product booth, selfie booth, and gaming zone
- Branded hashtag use and in-game rewards sparked active participation
- Successfully delivered a tech-driven, interactive launch experience despite COVID-19 constraints
